Q: When will my order ship?

This is a presale. Every piece is printed by hand after the presale closes on Wednesday, October 28. Orders ship by the first week of December, with tracking emailed when your order ships.

Q: Will it arrive in time for Christmas?

If you order by October 28, yes. International delivery times vary, so please reach out before ordering.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

US orders over $100 ship free (US addresses only). Under $100, US shipping starts at $4.90. International shipping is never free or discounted: flat rates start at $26 (Canada), $41 (Australia) and $36 (other countries) for orders up to 4 lb, with heavier orders calculated at checkout. Import duties and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until the presale closes on October 28. Email hello@goodnightmoonchild.com. After that, all sales are final.

Q: What about returns and exchanges?

Everything is made to order, so returns aren't accepted, but damaged or misprinted items will be made right. Extra stock for size exchanges is usually not available.

Q: How does sizing work?

Adult pieces come in XS to 2XL. Crewnecks and hoodies are oversized, so size down for a closer fit. The Moon Mama tee is boxy and cropped to about jeans-button height. The vintage tees have a relaxed unisex fit. Kids tees and bodysuits fit true to size.

Q: What are they made of?

All clothing is 100% organic cotton. Adult pieces are GOTS-certified Stanley/Stella. The tote is 100% recycled cotton canvas. Kids pieces are Colored Organics organic cotton.

When will my order ship?

Can I change or cancel my order?

What about returns and exchanges?

Since everything is made to order, we don't accept returns, but if something arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll make it right. We typically don't have extra stock on hand for size exchanges, since these are small capsules in very limited-edition prints. See the next question about sizing :-)

How does sizing work?

Adult pieces come in XS–2XL. Here's the quick version:

Crewnecks and hoodies are oversized and cozy. Size down if you want a closer fit.
The Moon Mama tee is boxy and cropped, but doesn't show your belly. It comes to about where your jeans button sits.
The Why I Came to Earth and MATM tees have a relaxed, unisex vintage fit. They're super soft and slightly lighter-weight than the tees we used to make (we did tons of testing to find the perfect shirt, and we think we nailed it).
Kids tees and bodysuits are from Colored Organics. They fit true to size.

Who did the art?

What are they made of?

All clothing is 100% organic cotton. Our tees, crewnecks and hoodies are from Stanley/Stella, and they're GOTS certified. The Nurture is our Nature tote is 100% recycled cotton canvas. The kids shirts and bodysuits are Colored Organics and are also 100% organic cotton.

Why does my tee look a little different from the photo?

Our Why I Came to Earth and MATM tees are garment dyed, so every piece takes the color a little differently. That's what gives them their soft, lived-in, fave-shirt-from-the-90s feel. No two are exactly alike.

How do I care for it?

Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Wash garment-dyed pieces separately for the first few washes.

How do the matching sets work?

Add a Moon Mama tee and any Moon Child tee or bodysuit to your cart, choosing the color and size you want for each, and the set price ($76 with a tee, $72 with a bodysuit) applies automatically.
